I'm 15 and I weigh 59 Kilos, I dont like the way my body is...And I would like to lose a couple of kilos. (Say, 6-9 ish).
I CANT get to a gym, But I do have an Excersice Bike and Can easily get some small weight dumbells...
Could someone give me a quick routine for what I should be doing in a week? And how long it would take to lose the weight?
And also, is it 3500 Calories you need to lose a pound? How many is it for a kilo then?
