A few kilos!

Hey!

I'm 15 and I weigh 59 Kilos, I dont like the way my body is...And I would like to lose a couple of kilos. (Say, 6-9 ish).

I CANT get to a gym, But I do have an Excersice Bike and Can easily get some small weight dumbells...

Could someone give me a quick routine for what I should be doing in a week? And how long it would take to lose the weight?

And also, is it 3500 Calories you need to lose a pound? How many is it for a kilo then?

Thanks a bunch!

I think it's about 1,600 Calories to burn a kilo, just given the ratio between a kilo and a lbs.

As far as burning the fat, cardio cardio cardio. To make your body look tighter, weights weights weights.

I recommend starting with a routine of 20 crunches, pushups, squats, and military presses (lift them straight up above your shoulders) with a set of well weighted dumbells. Then do about 30 mins on the bike. Do this 3 days a week, and at your age, you'll lose weight fast.

Cool! Thanks alot!
Does anyone have a link to a site that has the proper way to do all the "Crunches, Squats" etc? Because I dont want to be doing these wrong and get nothing out of it!

And when you say 20, you mean 20 of each right?

P.S. I've heard that Miliatary Presses arent too good for you?

The only time that I've heard the Military Press isn't good for you is when you drop the weight on your head! :D Seriously, though, I use them in my Upper Body workout, and haven't noticed any ill effects. I'd be interested in seeing what others thought.

LOL! Alright, I'll try to refrain from dropping them on my head! :p

(I've asked this already...but....) Has anyone got a link that shows how to do all them Crunches, squats and all the other excersises? I wanna make sure im doing them right! And whats all this stuff about reps? Does that affect me in anywaY?

Also, I cant get the Dumbells till Sunday, (Anyone have suggestions on what weight I should buy?)! So next week is when my "Routine" Starts! But I have been working on the bike for a couple of days....Im kinda doing HIIT, Where I do 3 min warm up, then do 30 secs of hard cycling and 30 secs of easy cycling....
It was REALLY hard! I only managed to get 22 mins.....I didnt wanna push it too far! Maybe Im not as fit as I once thought....! But is this alright? Will it become easier after awhile?

Thanks ALOT and I hope I didnt ask too many questions! Lol

Excersises

Here's 2 sites with a lot of excercises look over both they have different methods for some excercises just do what's feels the most comfortable.

Some people tell you not to do military presses behind the neck but in front. Personally i do them in front, going behind the neck seems to put a lot of strain on the joint. There the best overall shoulder excecise you can do.
