A fat loss program

I read a post earlier about quality fats and was wondering if you could answer to some of my questions:

I am 174.5cm at 77kg and 18 years old.Also i am vegeterian.

Mostly my meals consist of all kinds of potatos,vegetables,bread,soy steaks,milk,cheese.I eat two or three times a day.Let's say morning is warmed up bread(the one with cheese in its 'skin')with cheese stuffed in it.Lunch is bread+cheese+soy steak let's say.

My exercise consists of 30min running + exercise for biceps/chest/legs or triceps/shoulder/legs.

Do you think if i start with such exercise EVERY day instead of going every now and then and with my normal breakfast and lunch, will i be able to loose on weight?

yes...you should be exercising on a regular basis as opposed to now and then...try and focus on your 30 minutes everyday if you can't manage that then 5 days at least...if I ate what you did I'd be going everyday...only because I know how my body reacts to certain foods...like Bread!
Your a vegetarian? but you eat steak...you'll work it out, maybe start counting your calorie intake,.best of luck to you.
