firstly sorry if making a thread to ask questions is frowned upon on here, i only discovered the place last night.
secondly i am 19 years old male, 13.3 stone and 6'1 foot tall, i have belly fat and fat around my hips that i need to shift, i've lost and gained weight before so i know i am capable.
unfortunately i used to play alot of tennis and football to lose weight, circumstances dictate and i am no longer free to play at certain hours, so i need alternatives.
I might be sneered at for this! but i really dislike jogging and running, i have done it the last week but i am afraid i will lose motivation if i force myself to maintain this boring scheme (wrong word can't think..)
so my questions:
1) what exercises would you recommend, which are not running and do not require weights, which will help lose belly fat - also is there a website with instructions (i've been on so so many sites which result in having to pay)
2) i have pretty irregular eating patterns, but i have started eating well, will this diet survice for a normal 19 year old?
breakfast; 2 bananas and 1 apple
lunch; beans on toast
dinner; chicken and pasta
fluids; 3 litres+ of water
what would you recommend changing, baring in mind i have little scope for change really...
Thanks for listening to my ramblings and thanks in advance for any help i may recieve
