A couple of arm shots

Hey guys, any idea how to get that elusive bicep peak???:confused4:

Would doing iso work for the arms be the way to go?? i know cutting would help a little but i`m not ready for that yet,to tell you the truth i`m petrified of losing any gains i`ve made (got the bulking bug).

At the moment i`m on a 4 day push pull split, weighing in at 193 lbs(god knows what body fat)

I was originally going to start a cut at the end of October and kept postponing, and i`ve now decided to carry on to roughly 200lb(should be around the end of February, i`m only a short ass 5ft 9 so i should be about where i wanna be by then.

Cheers

p.s stupid expressions....yeah i know

With arms like that, do you really care if you have that little "peak"?

I guess you do, or you wouldn't have asked about it in the first place :D

I like your arms. But you didn't flex your biceps, so we can't really see whether you have one or not ...

Aaahh you`re sweet ILM:xmas:

Trust me i do`nt have one ...it`s no big deal really i just thought it was a natural thing with everybody, but i guess it`s just genetics.

Hey, I call 'em the way I see 'em, Marko! If your arms looked like shyte, I wouldn't have told you I like them :)

I think all you really want at the end of the day is that beautiful bulge and curve the bicep gets when it's flexed. You can easily do that by bending your arm about 90° and then twisting your forearm out laterally :D

Yeah, I'm a smart ass. You can also make a fist and flex like a BBer :p

I'd actually like to see you do that ... but if you did, you'd just be giving me what I want, and that's not always a good thing to do ...

If you cut to a single digit bf, it'll tighten your elbow and upper arm area giving you a more 'domed' appearance.

It's funny, you're trying to show us your tricep and you give a good pic of your rhomboid. You try to show us you bicep and give us a great pic of your deltoid! You're in good shape, you gotta work on the poses a bit :D

In the second picture, you look like you are possessed or on drugs :))).

Have you "got some" lately? It looks like its all built up inside and shiaat........>:)

Please consult with girlfriend.......>;)

Now, Marko my friend. You are asking your homies, on how your bicep looks, or how to build the peak of your bicep, and you are not even giving the traditional bicep pose.

Whad' up with dat?

And, I agree with the boss Mreik, you are in good shape.

I don't feel I need to explain the importance of diet and a full-body routine, and how it effects the development of the arm, do I? You already know that. Or, do I need to post it?

By the way, what the heck happened to your journal. What have you been doing for training, etc?

And........post some more pics.......in the right pose! Dang it! :)

I want to see the Marko bad-ass Bis!........Post em' up!.......

Best wishes

Chillen

Thanks chill i know i can`t pose for sh1t , i`ll have to get some practice in.

As for my journal i had lots of work commitments, but i`ll pick it up again soon, now that i`ve finally learned to choose one workout schedule and stick to it.

Same with the bulking/cutting aspect,i just could`nt stick to one or the other for any length of time, but i`ve always been consistant with my lifting. So i guess thats something

I know it`s a long road but i`m still on it.

Here`s a pic from about 18 months ago,so i know i`m heading in the right direction.Bear in mind i took a total of about 6 months off due to injury:(

A lot of it is genetics, but there are things you can do to help..

To get your biceps to peak try to lower the weight you are using a bit and really concentrate on form and feeling it in your muscle both on the way up and the way down. Many people just heave the weight up using their shoulders and back mopre than the biceps.

And, you really think, that an exercise "alone", gives you a peak in your bicep?

Well.........I oughtta..........well,........

Biaaaaaatch slap you with Big-T's pencil d@ck.

You have made a lot of progress.......Marko......

You should think about hooken' up with another on a journal.

I nominate the young man, Wes.

Watcha' think bro?........I know, I know, your face is read after the slap, its only temporary......you will get over it ;)

You should be doing that on all your exercises unless you're working on explosiveness and then you still want to go rather slow on the way down.

The mind-muscle connection is very important.

I`m pretty happy with the rest of my progress(except for chest but i`m working on it ).

I`ve actually hardly ever done any direct bicep work, all my arm gains have come from compounds, but i`ll throw some in now for maybe a few weeks to see what happens.

Chillen...leave Big T`s pen1s alone:biggrinsanta:

I`m up for starting a joint journal in the new year.
