i am glad to see so many new ppl in the club! fattrapped any luck on the msn?...and did that link to my space work for you? any weight loss yet or have you still not checked....i am so proud of everyone for joining this club because it really shows how much you want help to lose weight,,, but we are here for each other through the roller coaster of weight loss... ive lost 11 pounds in a month and 11 days and i am totally proud of my self! and at first i thought its slow to only lose 2 - 2 1/2 pounds a week...but im already 11 pounds lighter and it has only been a month...and i feel so much more confident...alot of oyu may think "11 pounds is nothing" but to be its a big acomplishment! i just feel like dancing all around the house... i just got back from a bike ride and i feel great.... GO ME !!!! and GO YOU (to everyone)!!!!

Anyway, i'm 18 this coming August. Standing at 164cm (5"4?), and weighing 143 pounds.

How would i know if what type of bones i have? My wrist is skinnier compared to my friend who is 163cm and weighs around 130lbs.
 

Hey - ofcourse you can join the group! Yay for you - as for the bones, I'm not really sure it's mostly just a guess... if your wrist or calves or areas like that are smaller than most than you have small bones.. you know what big-boned people look like! We've been cursed! What are your goals hunny? I suggest you start a diary (most people have one on here) and then you can track what you eat/daily exercise.. or just how you feel - whatever you want to use it for, it's an awesome tool... I've only been on here for a week but I love it and I've already caught myself running to the computer when I've got a huge craving for something bad Hee hee! How's is everything going today dancedance? I have lost found pounds! I weighed myself yesterday and I've been walking on sunshine since I found out! :D

I hope it's alright for me to join still :D I'll tell ya a little bit about me.
I'm 18/f from England, UK and i currently weigh 224lb's and although i have been trying for ages i just always seem to fail. I'm currently having fortnightly weigh-ins with the nurse at my doctors surgery although this isnt going to well. I'm obese and i really need to get down to atleast 150lb's. Ideally i wana be below 160 before the end of august as i am going abroad with my bf for a holiday and dont wana be a beach whale when sunbathing lol

i wondered if you could find out my ideal body weight for me anyone?

Exercise is quite hard to take part in at the moment as i have a bad foot, and anything more that 5/10mins is really painful. Just walking around me house hurts. But i guess ive come here for some moral support, as me best mate doesnt really seem interested and my bf, although he said he loves me just the way i am really needs to start helping me more cuz the weekends are my downfall cuz i only get to see him properly then and we eat junk food and drink alcohol! grr lol i can be completly fine in the week but ruin it on the weekends :'(

HAHAHAHA i am losing weigh like a mad dog..... DOWN TO 197 people....13 POUNDS DOWN....47 more to go.... i can do this... it is getting easier ....

summer girl...welcome... all i have to say is...if you are drinking alcohol on the weekends....drink a glass of water between each drink... that way your body doesnt soak up the fat from the alcohol as much.... and for the junk food... you are your own person who makes your own choices... you have to stop doing that yourself... your boyfriend cant make you ... thats just how it is... it may sound harsh... but it makes sense... you have to power of controling what goes in and out of your mouth. drink plenty of water.... and do as much excersise as you can... you say u can only do 5 / 10 minutes... do 5 minutes... rest a while...t hen do 5 more... and get up to 20 minutes a day.... EVERYONE has there own little excuses... but this is what it takes to lose weight... rome wasnt built in a day... but you have to do this for you... trust me... i have lost 13 punds in a month and 15 days ....and i feel so good... i see a difference int he mirror... but you need to stop eating junk food .... we are hear to help and i am one to tell it like it is ...i dont candy coat things... some people like it, some people hate it... but i am here to help you! i am currently 197 and i was 211... so really you are only about 13 pounds heavier then i was a month ago!!!!! if you have msn messenger... i can add you to my list and we can discuss more on there... just pm me your email address....

i completly agree with what you said dance, i know i control what goes in and out but its well hard when someones sat there eating chips, or crips etc all the food i love.

i've sent you my msn via pm, so hopefully ya add me soon. I'm envious of your weight loss and its so cool your really sticking at it, especially working at maccy d's - that takes some will power! lol - i'm aiming for atleast 14lb's by the 17th of april as that is when i go away for a week. :D
 
Hey guys, I'm a new member! I'll be 19 in a few weeks and i currently am huge. I weigh 252 and i'm looking to get down to 152. So 100 pounds to go. I originally weighed 276. I'm been working at it for two month now. So in two months I lost 24 lbs in two months. i recently hit a wall after a break up with my boyfriend but now I feel like its time for me to get back on track. Can yall help me with that? I hope so! I'm going to weigh myself tonight to see if i've done any real damage during those two weeks I over ate because of the breakup! Keep the fingers crossed!

awww im sorry about the break up aries, but im sure people on this forum will be able to give you the encouragement you need. if you want you can add me to msn and we'll have a chat or something, its always nice to talk to new people an that :D hope the weigh in goes ok, but you should do it in the morning when you get up after you've been for a pee :D hehe i got my weigh in at the docs tomo with the nurse, been two weeks since i went and hopefully iv lost something, but im doubtful lol

hey whats up everyone i recently let my weight go over board but now im ready to get back in shape ima 21 year old male from baltimore i weight about 260 and im 6'1 i got a big build but i do have a nice size belly haha my problems is i need to get on a good diet while i work out i think im gona try that atkins diet let me know what think yall check me out on also c ya

checked out your space, you carry the weight quite well, but for the love of god dont go on the atkins diet! i tried it for a while and once i stopped cuz i couldnt stomach meat or anything anymore i put the weight straight back on and more! lol best way is to do what these guys do, eat healthy and exercise :D we'll do it together haha check out myspace if you like

i've just got back from mine and i've lost 2lb's which was the goal she set me two weeks ago :D so im chuffed!! Got a goal of 4-7lb's in two weeks so fingers crossed :D
