yeah, 3 low calorie meals you dont feel full, maybe right after...but then youll get hungry sooner and I believe(correct me if Im wrong) that if your body gets hungry often, it thinks that it is starving, so it holds onto the fat, its better to put something in your stomach, I eat...I eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner...and I seem to feel full pretty much throughout the day, so I dont want to eat the wrong stuff.
