A big HI to all fitness freaks here!

Hello all,
I am new here. Looking to make some friends here. I have been hitting the gym since the last 1 year without much progress. I want to bulk up now. I am determined this time around and I am really looking to make a good physique.
My height is 5.10 and I am 24 years old. I weigh 145 lbs and I am looking to gain muscle without adding fat!
Suggestions anyone?
 
Hey edmaniac, I'm new here myself. Anyway, if you're trying to bulk up, I'd recommend you keep hitting the gym and eat lots of protein to feed your muscles. What's your current workout routine?
