Weight-Loss 90 days for a change!

Weight-Loss
- No icecream 2/48...
- Drink 2.5 l of water a day. 19/48
- Walk or exercise for 30´ a day. 19/48
- Not eat anything that I know might aggravate my skin condition. 4/48
- Not drink any alcohol. 19/48
- Eat my five a day 3/48
That´s it, I´m not going to add any more, but these are good challenges for myself.

Sunday 10th: the day isn´t over yet but I´m going to change the numbers already ´cause there´s absolutely no way I´m giving up on this perfect day.
