90 day challenge

I came across this protein shake that has been amazing for my friends and family. My mom was hospitalized from pressure in her heart and was told to either incorporate some weight loss/exercise in her life or plan for the worst. In one month she has lost 20 lbs and is back on her feet. The shake was backed by the National Health Association and is all natural. I started it last week and feel great! 84 more days to go!!!

Don't be shocked when we laugh at this. almost once a week someone comes with almost the exact same story about a magical shake.

I drink a shake as well, it is pure nutrition. I have lost over 30 lbs and kept it off. My favorite is the Maple Nut Goodie Shake. Yummy

You know what...if you believe it works, than go with it. Don't fall into the trap though of feeling that you have to pay a lot of money for a nutritional drink. There are many recipes that can be made at home for much less money. Search the internet and you'll find a bunch!

@smokinhotbody Don't even pay attention to the naysayers, do what works for you. In the end, if you got results, and you are happy - who CARES what anyone else thinks. Period.

Yupp, do whatever you want, but don't complain if it goes tits up. And should I read the name of the shakes or see any links, this thread will go to spam-heaven. Just sayin'.

That is wonderful news taylorj19! My step-dad had a heart attack this past May and even though he's gotten the wake up all of his life, he still resists the need to modify his diet to lose the weight and get his cholesterol under control. It must be a huge relief for you that your mom made the decision and took the leap of faith. To your health and success!

taylorj19, My sister was so depressed last year that she would not return calls or texts. The only way I knew she was alive is from posts on her FaceBook page about Farmville. She has now lost over 45 pounds and is a new woman! I know someday she is going to receive a call from someone that she has inspired to change their life style and saved their life. Thank you for sharing your story... the right person will read this and it may be the one who helps them find the thing that will help.

Last month my father in law started drinking a shake a day. I have to say this one shocked me! If he is doing it, anyone can! Keep you chin up and love them all the way!

What happens when you stop drinking the shakes? How are you going to eat? Have you learned anything about a healthy lifestyle? I see a problem with this.

Yes, something so rigid and seemingly long term seems essentially unhealthy and unsustainable. Just my thought, but then I never found a shake that worked so...if I had I might be singing a different tune. I think some things work for some, and others, don't. Even the calorie counting hoards think theirs is the only way but I counted calories til the cows came home and it DID NOT WORK. My body didn't need that. It needed repair, which, in most cases, each body will if given what it needs. : ) Anyone who has lost, can sustain it and is truly nutritionally supported is doing well, in the end.

My name is Leslie, I also drink the shakes along with more then 20 others in my home town. I personally have lost 17 pounds in 4 weeks, my best friend has lost 63 on her 90 Day Challenge, So far everyone i know thats drinking them is losing weight and lowering their blood sugars, blood pressures and more. Some are off theor meds completely. I also get my shakes now for free. I LOVE IT !!!!

wow, this is great--- I feel the same way about shakes, I think they work... ive lived it. haha the mods on here are funny...

There are no miracle shakes, but good nutrition is definitely awesome. 90 day, 180 days, 365 day challenges... whatever it takes to help people lose weight... thats why I do motivational groups etc.

I understand about what your saying when you say, what happens when you stop drinking the shakes. I myself never plan on stopping. but i will reduce it down to 1 shake a day for nutritional purposes. I'm also a 90 Day Health Challenge promoter. It's the best thing i've ever gotten involved in, not just for the shakes but it has helped me change my mindset on the way i should be eating. Now, if i was to stop taking my shakes and go back to exacly the way i was eating before, even i know what my results would be. NOT GOOD !! But like they say...It takes 21 days to break a habit and 21 days to make a habit. I Love my 90 day challenge and am thanful everyday for finding it.

I'm also a 90 Day Health Challenge promoter

This..plus the post I had to delete because of the link..says it all. You have a financial reason to be here promoting the shake. We have gone over and over here on the site how the Body by vi stuff is a modified pyramid scheme...

I'm all about the 90 day challenge. This shake is not just a shake. It is nutritious! Kids love them and my husband has lost 20 lbs in 4 weeks. Anyone that puts this product down has obviously not tried it or they are jealous of the results people are getting from the product and company!

yup. For a first time poster you are right on..it;s all about being jealous and not that this is a pyramid scheme..an unhealthy viewpoint of food..something not realistic in doing for the rest of your life..people coming here posting once or twice trying to get people to their website so they can make money off of it as a 'promoter' or 'coach'

give me a break.

chuckle as in you can't believe how many fall for it or chuckle in the fact that it is technically not a pyramid scheme as labeled by law but a slightly modified version that gets around the laws?

phhhthh. First, I know you are only here to push the product. The only reason you aren't banned is you haven't (yet) broken forum rules but you are real close.

Second, it is not a preconceived notion. You think I haven't been a mod for this forum as long as I have without seeing this crap over and over? I've read all about it. Network marketing is only altered pyramid. That's it.

You should move along. This isn't the forum for you as your goal is to sell.
