That is some shocking weight loss haha. I must give you HUGE props on having the will power to stick with such a low cal. diet and the determination to burn SO many cals a day. That is a day right? 3000-3500 a day? That is just extreme! I love it! haha. I prefer the slow and steady way but this obviously works for you.

How about this. If you don't mind, would you share what a normal day of activity is like for you and go over how many calories you're saying you burn with each activity? I'd love to hear what it is that you do throughout the day (exercise wise).
