um..while many of your information is basic knowledge when it comes to weight loss..the hot water and lemon has been debunked. Cold or hot, water increases your metabolism all by itself. The hot and the lemon part is dieting myths.

Eating many meals a day is also debunked. Recent studies show that it really comes more down to the person than a blanket statement. It is really up to the person and what helps them get through the day without adding extra calories. It is just as easy to eat too many calories with small meal as a two large ones.

You are right about eating slower as it takes a good 15 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that you are full.

The don't eat X hours before bed has also been debunked. There are other reasons not to eat before bed (mainly that we tend to eat more calorie heavy items instead of, say, a salad.). But if I have 1000 calorie net and I eat something 400 calories right before bed..it still comes out to 600 net now instead.

As I said, you have some good basics here, just needs tweaking and more accurate information.
