Hi everyone! A friend of mine sent me a link to a workout program that has you workout 7 min a day, 3 times a week. Do you guys think it could work? The reviews say it does, but I'm not sure. I need to lose 70lbs, and I can't do exercise for too long of periods because of my back injuries. heres the link he sent me, tell me what you think about it, [link removed].

Thanks for the help!

Working out for 7 minutes a day, only 3 days a week will do NOTHING for your system. This is a fad exercise program only looking to make money. Unfortunately, there is no easy way out. Losing weight and getting healthy the PROPER way takes time, patience and effort. Even with back injuries there are many things you can do, just ask your doctor. I have back injuries, a torn rotator cuff and a bad knee and I still managed to lose 120lbs doing extreme exercising along with proper diet. You should really start with simple cardio like walking.

Usually, a 7 minute workout can't much for you, but if you have some serious compound movements in it then, you may see some benefit. An example would be.

1 minute of burpees + squat an press - What you do is, put a pair of DBs infront of you, do a burpee but instead on putting your hands on the floor, get hold of the DB and when you get back up, bring the DB with you upto your shoulders, do a squat and on your way up, push the weights to do a shoulder press.

30 seconds of any compound (i.e. upper + lower) abs exercise

1 minute of burpees + squat an press

30 seconds of any compound obliques exercise

1 minute of burpees + squat an press

30 seconds of any compound (i.e. upper + lower) abs exercise

1 minute of burpees + squat an press

30 seconds of any compound obliques exercise

1 minute jump rope

If you can do this, you will SURELY lose weight, but this is tough and make sure you are warmed up before hand. If you have 10 MINUTES and you can complete this for those 10 minutes...FAT will not be an issue for you in just a few weeks/months
