Weight-Loss 600 calorie foods?

hi im new and not sure where to post my question

i can only eat about 2 cups of food at a time
and need them to be 600 calories each
or as close as can be

can someone help me with a list of foods
meeting this requirement?
im not good with online searching
i have a few food limitations but i can sort thru
any responses

much needed info.
so i can try to avoid
bloated tummy and pain
but still have enuf calories
 
can anyone suggest what i can type
as a search for this?
all that comes up for me is recipes
that yield 600 a serving
or a days worth of meals
totalling 600
this isnt what im looking for
 
to try to get my 1200-1600 daily calories
in my one meal (OMAD)
eating it in only 2 cups volume
to prevent the stomach bloating
and pain that happens to me
with more than 2 cups at one time
 
Nuts are really high in calories per serving About 110 - 170 Calories Per Serving. So you could snack on 5 Oz of nuts and easily get a healthy meal without feeling bloated and in less than 2 cups.

Same Applies with Rice & Beans...

Rice (200 Calories Per 1 cup ) & Beans (300 Calories Per 1/2 Cup)

Mixing Nuts with your favorite meals is another option.

Your recovery meals and snacks should include a foundation of carbohydrate-rich bread, cereals, grains, fruits, and vegetables plus a smaller amount of protein (at least 10-20 grams per recovery snack or meal). Enjoy Fruit smoothie (Greek yogurt + banana + berries) Cereal and milk.
