Hey guys, I have been at this solid for 3 months now, I lost 10 pounds over a few months (my starting weight was 263 lbs) and then officially started November 8th 2010 @ 254 lbs and weighed in this morning at 231 lbs. I've been watching the show 'I Use To Be Fat' so my wife made me one of those count down calenders like in the show. Well today is 60 days out from my goal of 'in progress' shots, I leave for work in Europe on April 5th so the 4th is my pic/video date. To say I'm going through changes is an understatement. My workouts are really getting brutal, my stamina and strength are getting way better. My food has been solid, not perfect but I'm staying in my daily calorie range for weight loss. My body is really starting to dramatically change but the past few weeks the scale is just stuck at 231. Now I have a trainer and he has been just killing me with squats, lunges, dead lift, step up w/overhead presses etc... All the big multi muscle group compound exercises so I know intellectually that I have been putting on massive muscle and that's why the scale is sitting but it's still messing with my head. I've been keeping up my cardio pretty good but not perfect cuz I get up some days and I am so beat up from training that I'm useless.
Anyway, I just needed to post where I'm at and if anyone else has gone through this.
