6 weeks till san diego

Ok 911 emergency!!!! My husband and I are going to San Diego just for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and I need to be comfortable wearing a bikini!!!

I have been working out solid for one month and heres where I am at:

Down 10 pounds (body fat according to trainer is down 6 pounds), I've also gone down 2.5% body fat and lost a total of 5 inches from waist, hips and thighs.

I dont know if thats awesome, good, or just plain lameLOL.

But anyways, I have 6 weeks to kick it into over drive.

Right now here is my schedule:

Monday & Wednesday Walk at incline 10 minues warm up, cardio room for 2 rotations which is about 24 minutes, and then run/walk for total of 20 minutes ( i run for like 2-3 and ten walk for 1 for total of 20)

Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday Meet with trainer for an hour warm up 10 minutes, stretch, weights for approx. 40 and then cool down 10 minutes (walking at a 10.0 incline)

Saturday: we get up and walk two miles

Sunday- i slack. I know I need to work on that

SO heres my questions what can I do to kick it into high gear and really make a HUGE difference in the 6 weeks i have left till then?

eating habits are great organic, low fat, low sugar etc etc etc etc

Resting on Sunday isn't slacking. Having a rest day is perfectly acceptable. When you say "low fat" what do you mean?
 
Keep it up and you can always add variety to your workout routine. Go on hikes, bike ride, swim, tennis, basketball.. whatever you enjoy to get a different type of tired as you workout. Have fun! :O)
