the reason I ask is , is cos i have searched online , and cant find anyone who has lost over 100 pounds and then have achieved a 6 pack , im a tad worried maybe my skin will be too loose around my stomach and i wont beable to get a nice midsection?.....
im currently 14% body fat @ 85kg's , at what % body fat and at what weight about would i start seeing my "tire" shrink? im 182cm tall and 20 years old....
im doing plenty of stomach excersizes , how much weight (fat) is a good amount to lose a week? , and how long about would it take me? 10 weeks?
any advice would be much apprieciated
