6 pack after huge weight loss....

the reason I ask is , is cos i have searched online , and cant find anyone who has lost over 100 pounds and then have achieved a 6 pack , im a tad worried maybe my skin will be too loose around my stomach and i wont beable to get a nice midsection?.....

im currently 14% body fat @ 85kg's , at what % body fat and at what weight about would i start seeing my "tire" shrink? im 182cm tall and 20 years old....

im doing plenty of stomach excersizes , how much weight (fat) is a good amount to lose a week? , and how long about would it take me? 10 weeks?

any advice would be much apprieciated
 
1 percent of your body weight a week is a reasonable expectation but the lesss you have to lose the harder it is.

Spend some time reading the stickied threads around the forum.. you'll get a lotof good info...
 
I'll let you know in about 25 more lbs of fat (for a total of 130). ;)

But either way, shut up and do it. :) 14% is still pretty high, for a boy. Get under 8%, and then start to worry. But even after that, all you have to do is add some lean mass to thicken up your torso. Like inflating a balloon. But it's pretty unlikely that will even be necessary. The whole loose skin thing is an excuse/cop out far, far, far more often than it's a real problem. These things take dedication, and time. You don't just suddenly reverse what it took you years of laziness and unhealthiness to achieve. Might take a few months or even as long as a couple years for your skin to finish tightening up, but it will. In the meantime, train hard, eat well, and take care of yourself.
 
thanks focus , will do man! , my aim now is 82kg's , will take a pic once im their!!!...cant wait for this six pack!....6 weeks to go! (i hope....)
