I'm currently 15, I'll be turning 16 in November. I'm 5'3 and I weigh 112 pounds. I'm not sure how much I should weigh but I want to lose 5-10 pounds and eat healthier. I am a track runner, indoor and outdoor. My eating habits are not the best and the only time I workout is during practices, but both track seasons are over. If you have any tips that would be great!
