I started working out again yesterday. My starting weight was a shoking 246 lbs when I weighed myself at the gym. Today I couldn't help but see what my weight was. It was 241 lbs!!!
I was not wearing anything different, and it was a digital scale so it HAD to be right.
I think I lost so much weight the first day because I cut out all pop (except diet becase diet Wild Cherry Pepsi is sooo good!) and have been monitoring my food intake (don't worry, I'm not starving myself
). I am also REALLY out of shape, so exercising probably made a big impact on me.
It seems that I gain weight really easily but if I really work I also can loose it fast.
Now I have to go to sleep, I ach!
