Hi,
I'm looking to burn 5kg of unwanted weight. I am fairly fit and enjoy exercise alot - I have done 30 miles of cardio in the last week on a treadmill and eat 3 what i think are fairly balanced meals. I'm drinking 2-3 litres of water a day and not eating in between meals. The running is not a problem, I just want to get alot leaner to see the muscles i have under the bodyfat.
Breakfast: Cereal and skimmed milk
Lunch: Chicken sandwich and pasta
Dinner: Meat, potato, some vegetables
Please advise me if this should do it, or if there is something i am doing drastically wrong.
