I'm new to this forum. Kinda not sure how it all works. I'm 48 years old. 5' 8" and about 200 lbs. Heading out of a 25 year marriage with a cheater. My self confidence is at an all time low. I am approximately 50 lbs overweight. I have lost weight in the past (Weight Wathers, Nutrisystems, LA Weight Loss) however I have never been able to keep it off. I'm tired of getting 'soaked' by the diet industry. Now, I can't seem to lose a pound. I have a horrible time keeping motivated. I want to change. I do excercise, about 3 to four times a week on the eliptical trainer. I work full time. I do eat fast food, but try my best to eat the 'right' fast food. I'm not big on vegtables (only because so many seem to upset my stomach). I'm entering into the menapausal time (UGH!) and the meno-pot is growing! Any advice on what I can do to get motivated to lose the weight and what kind of diet would work the best would really help.
