Hi, My name is Almadina. I was looking online for weight loss success stories to motivate me to lose my extra weight. I am 20 years old, and I've been a healthy girl up until a year or so ago when I started gaining weight. I am a college student and I have been eating a lot of junk food! :/ I weigh about 200 pounds now and would like to drop 60 pounds. I hope I can do it!!

Get a free account from - set up your profile information and start logging your food and activity. You will be able to see the calorie balance which is the weight loss that you deserve. You will also be able to see the breakdown of your food so that you can hone the various nutrient levels to those that you deduce from your studies of the nutrition section.
