I've been working extremely hard since the new year to drop some of the weight I put on since college football ended for me. This is my first post, and I decided to make one of these threads because it would be nice to have some of this stuff in public record for more motivation. I basically threw myself out there in front of my friends after a few months of weight loss contemplation. I told about a good 15 of my good friends, that my new years resolution was to lose some serious weight when we were all making resolutions. I got a few eye rolls because I've always been the big kid in the group. Anyways, I'm putting in the time to do it the right way. I grill most of my meals unless its breakfast where I eat low-fat yogurt and berries. I have been playing Racquetball which is awesome because you do so much moving without even realizing it because it gets so competitive. I have been hitting the weights like I used to but with smaller weights and more reps.

This was a all-time low point for me. I went from being so pumped that I witnessed the Miami Dolphins only win of the season, to realizing that I was looking pathetic.
