320 Now 100 to Lose

Hello everyone.
I am 45 years old man, 6’ 3” & currently 320lbs. Several years ago I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. In very short period of time I’ve gained a lot of weight. It did not bothered me at all, at the beginning.
Most of my time I spend in my office or in the car. I had no exercise whatsoever. After several hours at the office I had a big meal in the restaurant with more than couple beers. Usually late.
I’ve decided to change my life around. Few months ago I stopped smoking and drinking at all. Few days ago I started to use LA Fitness I belong too for more than one year.
Hopefully with your help I will be able to drop 100lbs within next year.

Thanks a lot.

I am not in best shape. I’ve spend years in the office and in my car, without any exercises. I guess I have to take it slowly now. Last week I was three times in the gym. I’ve spend 30 minutes on treadmill, walking 3.5 mph, and 30 minutes on stationary bike. I am planning to go to gym 3-4 times a week. In addition I bought lessons with trainer.
Definitely I will start jurney.
