ahh willpower..!
i never had any will power.. i woould want to lose weight and try and cut out foods and junk and then id eat a lil bit and a lil bit more.. then it'd be all gone..
now i just think "
i am NOT happy.." i look in the mirror and think "
i dont wanna be this fat". butnever stopped being over weight..
then one day i was like.. damn i cant keep doin this to myself.. so i downloaded the Lose it! app on my ipod.. calculated my BMR x by my activity level and took away 500 cals a day per pound i wanna lose a week (1000 cals for me)
i can do this for you if youd like?!
did i mention im a chocoholic... and i used to be
bulimic

hated being bulimic so i struggled to stop and now i have a better attitude towards food...
i started counting calories in everything.. i typed
everything into my ipod the night b4 so that i could plan my day ahead... i would work out how much i needed in aday.. starting eating 30grams of cereal with lowfat milk in the morning.. stuck to rice cakes at skul.. and cooked a calorie counted dinner at home!..
10 days in 6 pounds lighteri usually eat 200gm cooked brown rice for dinner 1 chicken breast and thai sweet chili sauce... i eat half at around 6 o clock..and half when im hungry later..
the first few days i wasn counting everything but now i am.. i also divide all my food up so
im never hungry
i count all my sugar and milk in my tae ... and
DONT eat choco.. which in the first few days was hard...
so i propose
you be my weight loss buddy.. we can motivate and encourage each other..and swap tricks and tips.. let me now wat ya think?
