I've managed to keep off the 40lbs. that I have lost a few years back and now I am determined to finally shed the last 30+ lbs. I have been a piggy
iggy: since the holidays, but now it is my time to get back on track. I am hoping to lose the 30 lbs. by June. All is welcome to help me along my voyage. And I will be sharing my pointers as well. I want to try to eat low calorie some days and low carb other days, as well as doing some light working out.
Today I had:
B: Coffee, a bowl of cottage cheese with some wheat thins
L: garlic pretzel nuggets and cottage cheese
D: I am having soup ( I am still a little sick, sore throat/stuffy nose/ chills)
I drink unlimited water. Today I wasn't really in the mood to work out for some reason. Maybe because TOM is on his way.
But I did manage to do some stretches.
I work in a deli and it is so easy to do low carb, but it does get tiring, so I want to try to mix it up each week and see if it works.
