Hi everyone!!
I'm new to this site and thought I would jump straight in. I had a blog going for a while but I really felt as if I was just talking to myself. With a forum you can see that people have visited and even comment sometimes, which might help me stick to my guns (I Hope!).
I live in Victoria, Australia and in 30 Days I am leaving for Queensland to get married. We are getting married at the Woodford Folk Festival on 1/1/11 and it's going to be spectacular!!
So for the past year I have been running myself around in circles trying to loose the weight. In the past 12 months I have managed to lose 33 pounds (woot!) through exercise and trying to straighten up my diet. Recently I have come to realise Im eating alot of food that I really don't need too. I'm an emotional eater, but I know I can beat it. I have done once before. I was happiest at 130 pound and I would love to get back there!
Now I know trying to lose 24 pounds in 4 weeks might not be doable, but I want to set up better eating habits so that I know I will get there.
Everyday I'm going to update this post with thoughts, feelings and a food diary
I would love to hear any comments/suggestions from you as this will remind me that Im being watched!! lol.
Thanks and I will do my first food diary post later tonight.
