30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels

I have a knee issue to, so I've been doing the punches or the jump rope... instead of the jumping jacks... not really sure when the jump rope doesn't hurt my knee as much, I think it is the going outward force maybe?

I can do them for 30 sec no problem, but when it goes into 45 I feel stress in the knee. I haven't been wearing my brace so maybe I will try that to see if it helps.

If not she said the punches were a great cardio if you have lower body issues. Maybe try that.

I think I am going to switch to Level 2 on Saturday.

Glad there are some people doing this!
