3 Months max....

Hi Guys and Girls,

Ive just booked my holiday for early September and want to loose weight for it.

Im 21 years old and about 5ft 4". I weight 13 stone (183lbs). As you can guess, im quite tubby with a big bum!

Ive looked around this website and worked out an eating and exercise plan, which i believe will help me loose weight and tone up.

I can run and bike, but i have only have access to some small weights. I cannot afford the gym.

Eating Plan

Breakfast (7am) - Bran Flakes splashed with milk
Snack (10am) - Piece of Fruit (Orange, Banana etc)
Dinner (12-1pm) - Salad with Tuna or Salmon or Chicken
Snack (3pm) - Piece of Fruit
Tea (6pm-7pm) - Vegatables or Salad with Fish or Chicken

Fitness Plan

Monday - Bike Ride (about 10mph speed, about 13 miles)
Tuesday - Soccer Training
Wednesday - Run (about 3 miles and build it up)
Thursday - Run
Friday - Bike Ride
Saturday - Day Off
Sunday - If i havent got a soccer match, a bike ride or run.

Questions

1. Im trying to stay away from Carbs, will this help me loose my fat quicker?
2. Should i do a couple weights after my run / bike ride?
3. Can anybody suggest a low fat sauce to put on a salad? I cannot eat it plain.
4. How realistic are my goals?. I would like to be quite toned by the time i go.

Just on a side note: I like a good drink with the lads, like normal 21 year olds do. I don't think i will be able to give this up, especially with the world cup coming up. I like socialising too much.
I will not drink in the week, but will have a few beers on the weekend. Is this ok?

Hope you guys can offer some advice.
