Hello there,
I am very determined on losing weight...and I wanted to see if I am off to a good start. Slowly I would like to build up my endurance but as of now I am working out almost everyday of the week. I do about 30 mins of cardio followed by 3 mile walk and although I dont count calories I have been eating less and much better choices.
Is what I am doing enough? Anything I should add? Maybe take it up a notch? Any suggestions, advice, etc. I will greatly appreciate.
