As the title suggests I am a 27 year old female, 130 pounds, 5'7". I have been eating between 1300-1400 calories a day, circuit training 4 times a week, plus 1 hour of cardio. I would like to lose about 5 pounds but they just aren't coming off! I have been at this for a couple of months now and I am starting to get frustrated. On the plus side, I feel great and strong
Any thoughts to how I can lose these last 5 pounds?
