26 Female 5'5''

Hey ..... Its a good move to maintain a record of things u eat.... Cheer up gal... fights are normal in any relationship .. :) ....

so yeah .... we have 1 thing in common .... I've been stayin away from my husband since 4 months... but yeah , I meet him every fortnight .... and past 3 months even I used food to get over the loneliness... and then finally I relaized I had hit my all time high weight of 70.5 ... Ggggggrrrrrrrr .....

Then I started to cut down the meal size .... cut down oil ... and unnecessary calories.... (We sometime tend to eat things we dont even enjoy.... ) and took a gym membership ... Ive been workin out + smaller meals since 22 days... I met my husband twice for 2 weekends.... and I had lots of fun eating all the tasty things I crave for... hee hee... this works out wonderfully well for me.... I have lost 2.5 kg so far thro this... and im pretty sure ill weigh in lesser this time... will keep u posted...

yeah so cuttin all tht short.... I think you should eat less when ur husband is not around... work out real hard .... and present to him the HOT you when u guys meet up ... Yay !!! ATB !! :D
 
hi dear, great weight loss so far, keep it up:hurray:Its been 1 1/2 week at gym and I am enjoying the gym atmosphere and all :) Yesterday tried zumba ..today spinning ,havent checked my weight, but i am happy that i am burning calories and my bodys really aching.......afetr a great workout and i am loving it........
just read that you are from india....even i am from india, which city?

Thanks for the advice...you're right. I should control on my eating when I am alone, and look forward to the weekend when I meet my husband! Yeah, I meet my husband every weekend!

thats a lotta variety there .... I sooo wanna try out zumba... it sounds super cool ... n dont worry about weight thing yet.... its how good and fit u feel ... may be you can check weight on a fortnight basis... and then celebrate the weightloss :) ATB :)

5 day gap for gym n unhealthy eating...

The problem with me is... when I dont workout... I dont eat healthy ... I feel that skippin a workout is bad and eating smaller meals is not gonna do any good either... and I jus eat eat eat.... and here I am .... bad day here.... definitely heavier than thursday... :x
 
Don't beat yourself up girl......don't let the feeling of eating unhealthy and missing gym actually drain you from enjoying your workouts and health food....don't be guily just let go and focus on your goals from this very moment.......Stay motivated,Love yourself,Love life :waving:
