I have recently lost 200 pounds. I do not believe in surgery or any medical procedure to lose weight. It just takes good old fashioned hard work, determination and a change in lifestyle. Ive lost 200 pounds in 10 months which may be a little extreme but when I weighed 430 pounds I was very unhealthy. The one thing I dont like about all these medical procedures is that you dont get any of the healthy benefits from all the excercise and healthy eating that you get from losing the weight the right way. You have to take responsiibility for your weight problem and dont make excuses. When youre tired of being tired you will get serious and do it. I was sitting around watching my 2 year old daughter playing on the floor and I couldnt even get out of my chair to play with her. Thats when it all changed for me.
