240 - 155lbs ( About 1 year )

So in June of 2008 I've decided to start losing weight..[my original goal was 180 but... I don't know what happened haha...] At first it was very slow and I almost gave up until I graduated my from my cosmetology school and found myself doing nothing. I basically ran everywhere and used stairs instead of escalators, no candy/soda/fried/junk food.

My motivation came from getting clothing that was too small for me to fit in ( now they're way too large and I've already passed them down to larger friends )

Which exercises? Prettymuch anything that makes you feel like you're working out works! ( I did laps up and down my street for a while )

It was actually easier than I thought to lose this much weight.. I went from size XL shirts to XS ( I don't like wearing XS though I will stick with S - M ), and pants size 40 down to 30. The hardest part about exercising is getting up to do it, once you are up it passes by just like that.

Nice job! You are a good looking guy both before and after. But esp. after!! I don't think you're too scrawny. You look just right

I don't think you look scrawny at all, but if you did want to you could always build some muscle through weight training.
 
GREAT accomplishment, truly inspirational and it shows you have the dedication and willpower to achieve what you set out to accomplish.

That being said, eventhough 155lbs is by no means a bad weight for a 6' person, you look like you have a pretty solid frame to put on some mass, of the good kind: muscle.

I would strongly like to encourage you to start doing some heavy lifting and/or resistance training, after having done a month or so of moderate, full body lifts.

Speaking from personal experience, "bulking up" is quite a, intimidating and even scary prospect after having worked so hard and long to get down to a normal or low weight. So you could perhaps do it slower and cleaner, keeping your diet under strict control, but still pounding on the muscle, although slower. Believe me, start lifting and you won't gain any noticeable amount of fat (if done slowly and diligently) but you'll be filling a Medium or Large shirt within the next two years and it won't be due to a spare tire or a flabby gut!
