anyway just saying hello trying to getmyself out ther a bit, into communities so hopefully you know.. I can motivat myself

check out my blog:

Man, I am going to click on a couple of ads to keep you going. Good luck and don't worry about being motivated. If you still enjoy your hobby, motivation should be easy.

see ya

Carl

thanks, i really appreciate it. I think i'm gonna re-start some hardcore dieting/excersize on Monday got a few people interested in joining me for the gym, so gonna see how it works out!

so sick of being big.

Having some sort of support/network helps, whether its friends or family etc.
I think the best motivation for me anyways is results. Just getting yourself back on track and beginning to see a change for the better. Summertime seems like a good time to get focused, without the distraction of the weighty winter holidays ;) Good luck!

yea, my friends and I used to all go to the gym, that was nice.

nowadays though, they are off on their own thing, and i'm stuck with mynormal work/life schedule that doesn't match up with theirs... which is why i kinda stopped really caring so much...

thanks i realy apprecaite it :) and yea, winter is cold(er) and winter holidays are def nott he best for weight loss, def for sure.

You're on thin ice

No direspect intended... I just found a way to motivate myself, my blog is my life now 'cause its the only way i can really motivate myself (if i got nothing good to write, i feel guilty).

just trying to share, and as a person who has massive web hosting, and really wants to grow some network in the "weight loss" community, i figured i'd share off how I motivate myself, while offering free help for people who want to do the same. I figure if i create some friends here that help me, i can at least offer SOMETHING in return, and free webspace and blog hosting, etc. i think is not a bad thing.

but i'll keep it on the low, can i at least have my sig-link back?

again, much apologies... i meant everything with the best intentions, i promise.
