I have lost a bit of weight and am down to 185 lbs. It has taken me a long time though, and I want to speed up my weight loss now.

Be Consistent

I'm a new member and I'm getting a lot of support from this forum. I hope you're able to receive the same. I love chatting with others about weight loss and nutrition lifestyle changes. I don't believe in D.I.E.Ts because you’re Doing It Every Time. It’s up to you to make the change. I recommend taking small steps maybe just changing your portion size and eat half of what you usually eat and mix it with exercise which should result in change. Have you looked into a gym in your neighborhood? Maybe you’re not interested; the gym isn’t for everyone. You have to find your passion. I enjoy running so I took my exercise routine outdoors. I run all throughout the year unless the weather is bad then I resort to the treadmill. It’s boring but it’s something better than nothing. Again, I recommend finding your passion and what works for you. The goal is to get those feet moving. Whatever you decide just be consistent and you’ll see change. Good Luck.
