22/male New guyyy lookin for advicee

What's up everyone hope you are all having a fun fathers dayy...

but i am kevin, i am a 22/m who loves to work out while i'm at school i mean im not muscular but I do work outt and also run a few miles a day after working out i always mix up my routine one day ill do legs and run and next day ill bench do arms, and the following shoulders, bis,tris, etc..etc..now the real reason why i am posting is because I never used or drank protein shakes and I was wondering what does that do to lifting? Does that make it so that your muscles grow quicker and make them more healthier for a better days work out the following day? I was just curious because this year when I go back to school I was thinking of buying a protein mix or some sort and I was wondering if you guys could recommend me some ideas that would be a good and (decently) tastey protein mix and brand?
