G'day my names Tom, im 22 and weigh about 160kg and not doing so well ive tried a few different diets but nothing so far has really worked for me so here I am, any tips that people can give me would be much appreciated, most of my excercize I have to do indoors because of where I live the 40 degree temps are a touch too hot for someone like me to go walking in and I dont have enough money to afford a treadmill or excersize bike. So yeah, if anyone knows and effective indoor weightloss routines or excersize es it would be much appreciated. My goal is to lose about 40-50kg and it seems like a steep hill at the moment

Hi Tom. Do you have a set of stairs in your home? You could do step exercises or climb up and down them.....
 
Well I am doing weight watchers and I think that it is really what works, since it is a lifestyle change, not a diet and allows you to eat and drink anything as long as your smart about it. As for at home fitness , try Wii fit or an indoor bike, you can workout for a half hour while watching a movie or whatever. Youtube videos are great as well. Weights, jump roping, anything that breaks a sweat.
