20lb gone club

I was on vacation for last week, so this is for two weeks.
Start: 244 lbs
2 weeks ago: 225
Today: 218.5

total = 25.5
These past 2 weeks = 6.5

I'd say it was pretty succesful even though I ate like crap on my vacation to Pismo Beach....but I did do a lot of running in the sand. Good job everyone! :D

Looks like everyone is doing so very well..good job! If everyone's numbers arn't where you'd like, don't worry, we still have about another month to go till our goal date! ~Lets keep it up~

OMG :D I'm soooo happy! I can't believe I'm under 180! Korrie I hit my 179!!! :) YAYAYAY!

Total Club Weight Loss: 11.2 lbs

Total Weight Loss Overall: 25.2 lbs!!! YESSSS
 
Amanda I am SOO Proud of you!!! I knew you could do it!

I dont have the same happy results unfortunatly...my hubby has decided to go off his diet, so this week has been real hard for me. I ended up gaining 2 pounds. I realized this and worked to get it off, and I did manage to get it off before weigh in. Soo...this is my second (and last) week to report no weight loss :(

I'm going to really try to talk him into getting back on the diet as it is so vital to my own weight loss. I'm going to seriously kick butt this week!!!

what start weight are we supposed to put? from the very beginning or as of now? well im 143. been gainin and losing the same 5 pounds it seems for the past 2 months :confused:
 
I am down another 2 lbs, thus 19lbs loss for the club,,,,so I am going to make it a 30lb goal....si keep working with ya Korrie.

Korrie,....be proud that you turned your 2 lb gain around and took it off and kept going. Its hard when you have somebody in the house eating the things you like, good thing my hubby eats NO junk,...healthy guy. YOu are doing this. How is the exersize going? the walking? To me that is the most imporatnat key here as when we do have a lil cheat the body is able to burn it off easier. I know I have not being to much of a buddy on lil bussy system but pm me whenever and I will send you my email addy. Just keep going.

Thanks Jenn for your post...excersize has not been so good since my 2nd week on the diet. I need to make that a priority. Congrat's on loosing soo much weight! Won't loosing 30 pds mean your lower than your goal weight?? I'm so proud of you!

Wonderwoman, I'm sorry your' having a hard time! I can definatly relate! This club got started about a month (month and a half) ago...we all joined in to loose 20pds by june 14th, I believe, you can check for sure on the first page of this thread. Anyhow, what weight you choose to put down is your call. If you are just now considering this "club" you could join,of course but it'll be hard to loose 20 pds by our goal date. I'm quiet sure we will start another 20 pd club after our goal date has past. I sure have another 20 to take off!

I actually thought I had gained more weight than that so I'm not devistated, lol. I am on my 3rd week in a row with no weight loss. The good news is I'm still hanging in there, I'm not giving up on myself! Next week, there WILL be a loss!!!
 
Way to go Korrie,...your stil going ot make it to the 20lb mark. ust think at the beginning of this you really thought you had no hope of getting there. Water water water water,..and walk walk walk

Ok I did hit my 20lbs, but I am going to try and make it 25 ...so Korrie think we can lose 2.5 lbs in the next two weeks...sure we can..and if we dont oh well...its just the motivation that I want.
My total weight loss to date is 86 lbs....my face is looking so different, when I see my reflection quickly when I walk by a mirror or store window I take a double take thinking..."thats Me?"...wow,..that is really me.
I have 24 lbs to go before I hit my normal range in the BMI, so I am hoping for another 20 lb club.
Once I hit 170 then I have to get on a program maybe weight watchers to get into my mid range of BMI and really work on maintaining.....for life!

And so on we go with it!!!!!!!!
 
Jenn, your a superstar! Just curious, if you are doing so well eating as you are, why would you change it all and go to a different program like WW?? I'm not saying you shouldn't just curious.
 
Well as you get closer to your goal, its harder and harder to take off the weight...apparently they have a good maintenance program,..at different parts of this process our body needs different things, I know getting from 170 to 155 ish will be the struggle....way down the road
