20 lb Start Weight: 190

Last week: 184.8

Today: 183.0

Loss for the week: 1.8 lbs! I'm really psyched about this! It's just great to be losing anything instead of gaining! YAYYYY!

Total Loss: 7lbs!!!

(This brings my GRAND TOTAL to 21lbs lost!!!) :eek: :p
 
wow everyone...you're all doing great!!!

OK i'm not sure but the 2 scales i've been using are about 5lbs off....
SO i'm gonna use the one i'm lighter on....but in the back of my head i'll have another figure! :(

didn't reach my 2lbs goal but oh well....did 3 spin classes tho....and finally measured myself!!!!

this weeks goals: 2 lbs....increase cardio by 15-20 mins....lighten up on weights!!!

Well I did have a bad weekend because I was going to Cedar Point and Mother's day dinner and stuff. This week will be better I hope!
 
Oh thank you Korrie,...for reminding me to get my butt in here,..I started the darn thing and then I have bailed. Gosh not too cool.

But Iread through each and every post and am so glad that everyone is keeping on and doing so well.

I am so sorry everyone for not being here, but on the better side the day care is going well ...5 days a week I have 7 kids, not always the same kids as some are part time, 8 kids in total are enrolled plus my own .....Whew! Everybody is getting into a new routine. I find by the time I do dinner, homework with daughter, home reading, bath , laundry housework,..my diary time is slipping however I am truely sticking to the diet as who has time to EAT!!!!!!!!

Ok when I started this I weighed in 214, yesterday I weighed in at 200. 6 more pounds to go to reach 20 lbs.
Total weight loss 80 pounds.
 
wow, 14 pounds down since starting the club huh? GREAT JOB! Glad to see you posting again, and I'm glad your business is doing so well!
 
You guys are all doing fabulous.. I mised this week's weigh in and have no clue how i'm doing b/c i need to start using a different scale. I'll update on Monday however, I promise!!!
 
so this sucks...didn't loose one pound this week! Ugh! Oh well I know its part of the deal. i knew I couldn't keep loosing 3 pounds a week. Its okay though,i'll just keep on Keeping on!
 
Korrie, sorry to hear about your weigh in. Just think about the other day when it happened, like we e-mailed about...it came back off. You're doing great and just keep it up!

what a bad week.... only worked out 2 days and ate badly on the weekend....need to get back on track ...only 3 more weeks till a wedding i have to attend

feelin kinda low....not sure how to get out of this feeling :(
i actually feel like i'm losing my appetite but that sucks cuz i now i have no energy to work out....hopefully this will get better after today

goal...2lbs off, lotsa water, atleast 4 days of working out
 
Down three lbs,...total at 17. I have some how hurt my left foot, it hurts when I press on top and swells when I where a high shoe...runners for awhile I guess. :(

Its cool Korrie,...you have been wonderfully and it will come.

Im only down 7 lbs on the scale from when I started on here...but Ive dumped lots of inches..Just really really frustrated w/ the scale number! Any ideas?
