down 3lbs!!!

goals this week:to loose 2 lbs and remember to take my supplements!!
 
Ok girls, this is my first weigh in on the 20 pd club

last week..206.5...this week, Drum roll please...202!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lost 4.5 pds in one week!!!

If I can loose 3 pds this comming week I will be under 200, I havn't been there in 2 yrs! I just might loose 20 pds by the june "deadline" after all!
 
i wanna join too but my goal is a little bit higher and sooner, is that ok?

30 lbs by June 3

I leave for Florida next Thursday and I would really like to have at least 4 lbs off this week. I haven't been able to work out due to the surgery and I'm allowed to start today so if I beef up the cardio and do more reps with less weight I think I can do it. :)

My first post to the 20 lb club! :) YAYYY! I'm happy to report good news!

Beginning weight: 204
Starting 20 lb weight: 190
Today's Weigh-In: 184.8
Loss: 5.2lbs!!!!

YEAHHHH! I don't expect it again but that's soooo awesome! I'm psyched! I'm back down to where I was before I fell off the wagon. Now I'm just going to keep on going! Good going this week everyone!

hopefully i'll see atleast 1 lb fall off my body hahhaha i already failed at my goal for this week...ate out for lunch!!!!! bad chinese food....DANG!!!! just for that i'm not going out for my weekly dinner date with my boyfriend....hahahaha

goals next week: more water, less coffee, more fibre in diet. SPIN class 3 times this week. please oh please atleast 2lbs

so I'm excited about the weight loss... but my body is telling me that I have lost more than that... I get on the scale, and it fluxuates at around 145... and then it settles at 147... I think my scale is broken...

goals this week... drink enough water... try to exercise (finals = no time to do so)
