20 year old male

Hi folks,
Im a newbie here, Im a 20 year old guy and my problem is i have an overall lean profile except for my butt,my rear is a bit disproportionate to my upper body,i have been on diet and cardio and circuit training for a month,but it ends up making my upper body thinner rather than reducing my butt.Can anyone here help me out on this one!!

Probably just genetics man. You say your lean? Why not bulk up a bit. Bigger chest, bigger shoulder, bigger arms and legs will make your butt look smaller since it will be more proportional with your body.

Unfortunately your body doesn't like taking the fat off your badonkadonk... maybe it's meant for a greater purpose. You should embrace it!

Yeah... unfortunately you cannot spot reduce, so I'd take Tomahawk's advice on this one. Just make everything else bigger so it appears smaller. Can't go wrong with that.

Tho I do have one other tip. KICKBOXING> Or martial arts in general.

Doing relentless roundhouse kicks, and side kicks has been GREAT for my a**. It's pretty firm. Not sure if you do martial arts, but go learn a proper round house kick and a side kick and then do 50 each leg, everyday.
