I found this article & it made me laugh along with giving some great ideas & inspiration.

I especially love the opening comment, "You have the right to remain fat. Or skinny. Or weak. But you should know that every workout you miss can and will be used against you"
 
Great weight loss starts from the fridge! Rid the fridge of high-calorie, low nutrition stuff like sweets, carbonated drinks, etc and re-stock with yogurt, low-fat cheese, fruits.
 
Meh, I like me some sweets. I can look good and eat sweets. :)

It's all about moderation and control.
