This is my first post on this cite. I currently started my weight loss/life style change on December 17 2014 As of March 2nd I have lost a total of 35 pounds going from 255 to 220. I am a 5'11" 22 year old guy. I have a very important event coming up in 6 weeks April 12th. My goal is it be 200 pounds by then. I take a daily multivitamin and drink a green smoothie with kale spinich chia seeds fruits and super fruit powder. I also eat a larget T-bone streak weekly. I would be doing my calorie intake to 1100 daily for six weeks only. What are your opinions on this. Thank you for your time.
