Hey there, for such a long time I had no clue on how to actually lose weight. Yeah we all know to exercise, but it has become pretty simple. Don't get me wrong it's very hard to achieve and I hope to one day look back and say "wow I actually did it" If I can achieve this goal I can do anything! I never understood the concept of counting calories, I thought it was to complicated. Yet when I actually started to do it, it has become pretty easy, just cut down your calorie intake. I now eat small portions, not TINY, but small, this may sound gross but most of the time I would eat until I had to throw-up. It's been almost 4 weeks since i've decided to take action and i'm down almost 20 pounds and not once have I felt like throwing up! Writing down your goal can do wonders because you actually turn that thought into physical form. Our minds are great things. Goodluck!
