2 week crash fitness plan

Hi,
I have a final on 2 weeks on Saturday and I am wanting to know if anyone has a good routine to get my self in the best shape possible fot this final.
I am genrally fit anyways and go to the gym 3/4 times a week as well as play Rugby but I am just wanting to be as fit as I can.
Any Ideas?

when you say final i assume you mean in rugby. Am i right? What specifically do you want to improve? Endurance? Speed? Agility? Power? I'm thinking pick a specific attribute that could improve your game and hammer it.
