Abs

I do alot of exercises that incorporate ABs. However, I would like to finsih some workouts devoted soley to them

Any recommendations?

I've been doing crunches and plants. Id definieltyl like someone that shows deinifiteimprovement over time.

Second --

If one can move up, say 5 lbs, would it be better to do 2 1/2 of the second sets have been suffering?

Why spend more time on ab exercises than other areas of the body?

I'm not a fan of entire workouts geared toward abs.

When I do direct ab work, it's usually at the end of a workout and supersetted with something else small like arms or calves.

I don't do much beyond basic things that work stabilization and anti-rotation. I'll throw some crunches into the mix every now and again but things like planks and pallof presses are a staple.

Second --
