2 questions

I want to know if hot Cheetos OK to eat because I heard spicy food can booast your metabolism and how many times in a day do I eat wheat bread(slices).

Thanks to this forum I lost a total of 22lbs.
 
I will answer the part about metabolism.

Everything that increases your body temperature will temporarily raise your metabolic rate. With spicy food, the increase is so small and short-lived that it doesn't have an impact that will show on the scale.

On the other hand, a high-intensity workout that really raises your heart rate will blast off the most calories. It will also provide the biggest short-term metabolic boost.

Cant tell you how much bread to eat cos we dont know what else your eatting. If bread was your only source of carbs in the day, i'd say 4 slices for weight loss, 6 if your doing light/moderate exercise.

But then if your eating 10 bags of fryed chips a day, i'd advise you to eat 0 slices of bread.
