i just started working out again and i have a few questons...

1) the days i work out i am extra hungry a lot more during the day, is this normal? when i get hungry i either drink water or have a small bowl of honey bunches of oats with fat free milk, is this ok or am i hurting my weight loss progress by doing that?

2) the mus. in my legs are hurting and the best way i can explain it is weak , should i wait till that feeling goes away to work out again or should i push on and exercise throught the leg issue?

thanks in advance

Hi there. Sorry I can't answer your questions, but I will encourage you to make sure that you are consuming enough calories. Know how many you need and how many you are actually eating. I didn't pay attention and basically slipped into maintenance mode before I was done! :banghead: So now I am writing it ALL down and hoping to see that scale start moving in the right direction again.

Best wishes on your journey. BTW, I am also a mommy of 2 girls!! They are 12 and 10.

Cheers

Hunger usually accompanies increased activity, sure.

As noted above however, you could be eating too little. Do you know how many calories per day you're consuming?

That's impossible to answer without knowing your stats and caloric intake at least.

Soreness accompanies most new stress you put your body under. You can exercise through the soreness or rest an extra day or so. Either way isn't going to make or break you.
